TO USE:

STEP 1: Remove silicon mouth tray from plastic packaging.

STEP 2: Place tray directly into mouth and press teeth into silicon molds to create tooth impressions. Press firmly to ensure deep impressions are made.

STEP 3: After impressions are in place, remove the tray and apply a thin bead of teeth whitening gel into the top and bottom impressions. Place tray back into mouth and whiten teeth for 20 – 60 minutes. The time needed is dependent on desired results and tooth sensitivity level. will effectively whiten teeth with or without a .
